The colorful style of label, De-Mes’Tiks NYC by Reuben Reuel, had the crowd roaring on Day 2 of Africa Fashion Week (New York).
As shared by the producer of AFWNY, Adirée, the label’s initiative is to support domestic commerce, sourcing locally in efforts to help preserve the Garment District. A large percentage of fabrics, trims, and notions used for his designs are found right in New York City.
De-Mes’Tiks NYC by Reuben Reuel strongly believes in its motto: “Live to create, create to live.”
